All commercial inspections fees are based on a proposals submitted in advance of the inspection. Every property has different requirements, and many factors contribute to the actual fees including: age of building, usage, report requirements, etc.

BASIC INSPECTION FEE SCHEDULE

Pre-Purchase ASTM with Cost Analysis (ASTM E2018-01)

Pricing can vary greatly depending on age, size. Location, and condition. In addition elevators, swimming pools, common areas and phase I environmental can increase the cost. Pricing will typically start at $995 and increase depending on complexity and size.

Pre-Purchase Without Cost Analysis

By eliminating the cost analysis the price will be reduced by approximately 20%

Pre-Purchase Inspection, Exterior Only:

The price will approximately 1/3 of the ASTM inspection cost. For smaller commercial properties or strip malls the price will often be less than $1,000.

Pre-Purchase Light Commercial Inspection:

Pricing for light commercial inspections will vary on whether it is a office unit in a building or an entire building. Pricing can vary from $350 for a small office space to $500 for a small building.

Phase I Environmental Inspection:

The cost in the metro Atlanta area is typically $1,900. Additions will be made for travel and for large properties. If research discovers problems then additional research may be required.
